1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Products that are damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted for a return.
Please note: Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Intimate or hygienic items (such as underwear, swimsuits, etc.)
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We request that you contact us immediately upon receiving your order, no later than 48 hours, with the following information:
- A photo of the defective or damaged item
- A detailed description of the issue
- Your order number
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a return and refund, or, if preferred, offer a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered by us.
3. Return Process
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at support@madistorepk.shop with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the item.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is in the same condition as received.
- Step 4: Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Important Information:
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be granted (e.g., if the item is not returned in its original condition or is damaged).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures that you receive the correct product in a timely manner.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7-10 business days, please first check your bank or credit card account. If the refund is still not reflected, kindly contact us at support@madistorepk.shop for assistance.
7. Return Address
Please send all returns to the address provided by our customer service team after your return is approved. Ensure that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) is clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
